The Swansboro Rotary Bluewater Tournament is a Memorial Day weekend event held out of Swansboro, North Carolina, with weigh-ins at Big Rock Landing in Morehead City. The 46th Annual runs May 21–24, 2026. The format is Captain's Choice — two out of three fishing days — targeting blue marlin, white marlin, sailfish, and gamefish including yellowfin tuna, wahoo, and dolphin. The tournament benefits NCLEAP and local charitable initiatives through the Swansboro Rotary Club. Black Book has vessels positioned in the Carolinas for tournament season. If you want to fish the Swansboro Bluewater on a privately owned, tournament-rigged sportfish boat, this is where to start.
