Line, Vine & Dine

The ninth annual Line, Vine & Dine kicks off on Thursday, January 29 at Pier Sixty-Six Fort Lauderdale with a Welcome Celebration featuring dishes from visiting chefs. On Friday, January 30, the two-day charity fishing tournament commences. Guests who do not compete in the fishing tournament are invited to enjoy a relaxing day at the Pier Sixty-Six Spa on Friday. The day will conclude with a Dockside Weigh-In & Yacht Hop Presented by Worth Avenue Yachts at Pier Sixty-Six Marina where visiting Vintners and Chefs will serve selections to the guests with the help of Arc Culinary and Dan Marino Foundation students.

The fishing tournament will conclude on Saturday, and the Foundation’s Vine & Dine Fundraising evening will take place in the Pier Sixty-Six Ballroom. Chefs will prepare a variety of dishes to pair with wine from acclaimed winemaking regions. Live and silent auctions and a live musical performance will highlight the evening.

Throughout the weekend culinary students will assist participating chefs with the preparation and cooking of dishes served over the course of the event. Hospitality training students will work with participating vintners throughout the weekend, learning how to pour and serve wine to guests.
