Swansboro Rotary Bluewater Tournament
The Swansboro Rotary Bluewater Memorial Day Tournament is an annual sportfishing event held in Swansboro, North Carolina. The 45th edition is scheduled for May 22-25, 2025.
This tournament attracts anglers from across the region, offering competitive fishing opportunities and community engagement. Participants target species such as blue marlin, white marlin, sailfish, and various gamefish, adhering to tournament rules that promote conservation and sportsmanship.
The event features a Captains' Party and Registration, multiple fishing days with a captain's choice of two out of three days, and concludes with an Awards Ceremony. The tournament also supports charitable causes, with proceeds benefiting local initiatives through the Swansboro Rotary Club.
