Operating out of Branford, CT with additional trips from Montauk and Newport, this program focuses on large-class bluefin using a targeted approach based on conditions, bait, and moon phases. The 62’ Winter’s sonar, Starlink, and Seakeeper give the crew the tools to stay on marks, hold position, and capitalize when the bluefin show. All giant bluefin tuna trips are catch and release only for guests, even on federally designated harvest days. On such days, the vessel and crew may elect to retain and sell a fish in accordance with regulations. Any proceeds or benefits from a retained fish belong solely to the vessel and crew; charter guests do not participate in any sale or financial return.
