Charter Questions

Q. What are the charter hours?

Charters typically operate from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Our fleet is available exclusively on a full-day charter basis. While guests are welcome to use the boat for fewer hours within that window, we do not offer half-day rates.

Q. HOW MANY CREW MEMBERS ARE ABOARD EACH BOAT?

A licensed captain and mate. We offer stewardess and chef options upon request. All of our boats are kept to yacht to yacht standards. Crews are clean cut, knowledgeable and professional.

Q. DO YOU OFFER SINGLE DAY CHARTERS?

A. Most of our boats offer single day charters. However, if your desired charter location is outside of the U.S. and the boat is not currently there - single day charters do not usually apply.

Q. DO YOU OFFER HALF DAY CHARTER RATES?

A. We do not offer half day charters rates. However, you may use the boat as you wish between the set hours of the charter.

Q. DO I NEED TO SIGN A CHARTER AGREEMENT?

A. Yes - for both owner and charterers protection we use an agreement that is applicable to your charter location.

Q. WHAT ADDITIONAL EXPENSES SHOULD I EXPECT?

A. Each charters expenses differ. The most common expenses in addition to the daily charter rate are: fuel, boat dockage, bait, gratuity, food, drink.

Q. Are food and drinks included?

A. The charter fee includes a customized sandwich platter, snacks, fresh fruit, one case of beer, and water/sodas prepared in advance for your group.

If you would like something more elevated, we’re happy to coordinate additional catering and premium food and beverage based on your preferences, whether that includes upgraded lunch options, higher-end selections, or a more curated onboard experience. Any upgraded items beyond what is included above can be arranged in advance at an additional cost.

Q. HOW DO YOU COLLECT PAYMENT?

A. Wire/ACH (preferred method) or you can request a square online payment link (4% fee).

Q. DO I NEED TO TIP THE CREW?

A. Crew gratuity is expected upon successful completion of charter to be paid at your discretion. 15-20% is the industry average.

Q. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR WHILE ON BOARD?
